Vancouver, Canada, August 27, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — WestKam Gold Corp. (TSX-V:WKG) (the “Company” or “WestKam”) is pleased to announce that it has completed and executed the purchase agreement with Ameranium Resources Corp. (“Ameranium”) for the acquisition of a 100% legal and economic interest in 131 mineral claims located in Grand County, Utah, encompassing 2,649 acres (1,072 ha), called the Powerline One Project (the “Powerline”).

The Powerline is located in the sedimentary rocks of the Colorado Plateau, the most productive uranium mining region in the United States, having produced more than 328 million pounds of U3O8 (0.2 to 0.4 percent U3O8) since the 1950s.
