Another great season and playoff run for Vermont Green FC has come to an end. The team faced Seacoast United on Sunday in Ocean City, NJ, hoping to secure a ticket to the USL League 2 quarterfinals.

In a scoreless game midway through the second half, a Vermont foul in the penalty box awarded the Phantoms a penalty kick that they converted. Seacoast never looked back, defeating Vermont 3-0 to end their playoff run.
