Dabo Swinney and the Clemson football program have added a key addition to their 2025 recruiting class.

Four-star defensive end Bryce Davis committed to Clemson on Saturday, choosing the Tigers over Georgia, Duke and South Carolina. Davis is the No. 59 overall player and the No. 8 defensive lineman in his class, according to the 247 Sports composite rankings.

The 6-foot-3, 245-pound edge rusher was a priority for Clemson, receiving one of their first offers last June. He has visited multiple times over the past year, including an official visit in June.

With the addition of Davis comes a jump in the Tigers’ 2025 class rankings. Clemson initially got off to a great start in this class, but it slowed down drastically — drastically until the addition of Davis, of course.

Clemson’s 2025 class currently sits at No. 11 in the 247Sports rankings, No. 6 by On3 and No. 15 by Rivals, roughly the same level the Tigers have been in recent seasons.
