MINOT, ND (KXNET) — The North Dakota State Fair has announced that Lil Wayne’s performance will be rescheduled due to flight disruptions.

“Due to this global air travel disruption,” ND State Fair General Manager Craig Rudland said in a press release, “we have had to reschedule Lil Wayne’s performance. We are grateful to his team for working diligently to ensure his fans can still enjoy an incredible show. We also appreciate Sawyer Brown for agreeing to move their performance forward, allowing the Fair to continue to provide for all of its fans. We are working diligently to maintain the high-quality State Fair that North Dakotans know and love.”

According to the State Fair, Lil Wayne’s performance has been rescheduled for Wednesday, July 24 at 8 p.m. Sawyer Brown’s concert will now take place on the same day at 2 p.m.

Gates open for Sawyer Brown at 1 p.m. Wednesday and Lil Wayne at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for Saturday’s show will remain valid for Wednesday. If guests are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, unscanned tickets will be eligible for refunds beginning Thursday, July 25.
