For Christmas movie lovers, Christmas comes early in July.

Hallmark Channel debuts a new Christmas movie tonight as part of their “Christmas in July” campaign.

The new film is called “A Very Vermont Christmas” and debuts tonight at 8 p.m. on the Hallmark Channel.

Other films part of the campaign include “An Ice Palace Romance,” “Falling Like Snowflakes” and “Three Wise Men and a Baby.”

You may see some familiar scenery in these movies if you live in Western New York. East Aurora was named one of the Best Christmas Towns in America in 2023 and has been the setting for many Christmas movies.

The Christmas movie “Romance on Ice” was filmed in East Aurora and Vidler’s in 2022 and premiered last year during the holidays.

Vidler’s has also appeared in four other Christmas films: “A Prince for Christmas”; “A Christmas in Vermont,” starring Chevy Chase; “A Christmas Princess”; and “A Royal Christmas Engagement.”

A Christmas in Vermont – This 2016 holiday film stars comedy legend Chevy Chase and was filmed in East Aurora and Ellicottville.

A Royal Christmas on Ice – The film was shot primarily in East Aurora and features many familiar locations, including Viddler’s 5 and 10.

A Royal Christmas Engagement – This film is another film that was shot primarily in East Aurora. It was made before A Royal Christmas on Ice and features the same concept of a prince in disguise falling in love with an American woman from a small town.
