Earlier this week we saw the release of the highly anticipated video game EA Sports College Football ’25. The latest edition of the game has been released after an 11 year hiatus. This is the first college football video game from EA Sports since NCAA Football 2014.

A few months after the release of that game, the publisher stated that they would not release another game due to legal issues. Those legal issues led to a class action lawsuit from former college athletes.

EA settled the lawsuit in 2016 for $60 million, paving the way for the game’s return. This year’s edition will be the first to feature active players on the team rosters.

Over 11,000 football players were eligible to enter the game using their name, image and likeness. Each player who participated received $600 and a copy of the video game. What are the current player ratings, with active Huskers on the list?
