Several fire departments, firefighters and other emergency services are battling a large category four fire at the First Baptist Church in downtown Dallas, Texas.

Heavy flames and thick smoke can be seen throughout the city centre and for miles beyond. There are reports of multiple explosions.

Additional firefighters are being sent to the scene of the accident. No injuries have been reported so far and police are asking everyone to avoid the area.
