Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Stella (Zemba) and Joseph Tokouzeksi and her brother, Joseph of Wolfhurst, Ohio.

Patricia retired from Honda of America East Liberty Plant, where she worked as a quality inspector.

She is survived by her daughters, Tina Dubil of Leland, North Carolina, Karen (Bill) Cenkus, Sharon (Ted) Ducker both of St. Clairsville, Ohio. Her five grandchildren, Amanda (John) Kennedy, Brooke (Dan) Monteroso, Shae and Ashten Cenkus and Branden Ducker, one great-grandchild, Mae Monteroso, sister, Joanne Wetzel, several nieces and nephews, and a large number of relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
